The task of leading is a burden which many would rather not carry. Leadership requires people to step out of their comfort zone and overcome challenge. Societies grow as a result of action, initiative, and relentless dedication towards improvement. It’s when individuals courageously step forward, despite fear of loss or failure; to do what they know is right in their hearts that we see defining moments.
In 1990, 18 young men broke through the barriers of ignorance and fear placed on them by their social environment. They believed the keys to success laid in the ability to understand and work with people from all backgrounds, cultures, and races. They knew when they came together to form A TRUE BROTHERHOOD, they were making a tremendous impact that would forever change the Greek world and make a significant contribution to society.
Our Brotherhood is built upon the pillars of academic excellence, community service, and a forever lasting bond amongst men of different cultures. It has never been our mission to be the biggest or strongest, but rather to be of caliber. Our organization enables young men to overcome fear and opposition by helping them realize their inner potential. We develop quality individuals and create leaders. We build PHI-MEN!
In the past 17 years we have become the premier multicultural fraternity in the nation. Colleges and Universities across the nation have acknowledged multiculturalism as the future of our society, and realize the need to have an organization that truly promotes this aspect on their campus. Although demand for our organization may grow, we will continue to hold our integrity by choosing quality over quantity. We believe in taking the necessary time to fully educate and prepare members. Men of different cultures cannot build long lasting bonds overnight; it takes patience, dedication, and sacrifice.
As President and on behalf of this Almighty fraternity, I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. You will soon realize the men who are apart of this organization have a deep respect for one another and their culture. Although we are all culturally different, we are all united by the threads of chivalry, honor, and excellence.
